Project Management is a combination of many diverse skills requiring knowledgeable and mature personnel with a great deal of experience in varied disciplines.  We adopt a practical approach to keep control of the many contributing aspects, processes and procedures within the Project's lifespan.  ISYS Project Managers have a wealth of experience having led, and been involved in, many IT related projects.

• Specifying and agreeing project scope
• Defining and agreeing timescales and milestones
• Identifying budget and resource requirements
• Developing and managing the Project Plan
• Preparing and circulating Progress Reports to all involved
• Taking contingency actions to ensure targets are met and deliverables are produced on time whilst meeting pre-defined quality standards
• Preparing a Post Project Report
