We have created a Contract structure based on forward purchase of Support Credits. Our Clients are able to purchase a number of credits per year, as required, which results in a fixed monthly cost for IT Support.
The credits can be redeemed against any of our Services, including IT Support, hardware and software build and installation, Office Moves, Project Management, Consultancy etc. Each credit equates to a single remote call, with onsite, if required, available at 2 credits per call. If all credits are used, then simply purchase more on a per credit or block of credits basis. A percentage of any unused credits may be carried forward to the following year.
Each year at contract renewal we will review your usage of our Services for the past 12 months, discuss your anticipated requirement for the coming year, and recommend the level of credits we believe appropriate to your needs.
